Shane is an experienced leader in the construction industry, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in design, financial feasibility, ground-up construction, project management, budget forecasting, cost estimating, and administration, plus 25 years managing teams and personnel. A native Texan raised in Lubbock, Shane has a gift for storytelling and a natural talent for bringing out the best in people. He founded BuildScope360 on the belief that success comes to those who create opportunities rather than wait for them — developing solutions that support clients' long-term success and legacy.
Dusty Craven
Vice President of Client Relations
Dusty is a highly respected professional in the real estate market, bringing over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial sectors as an owner's representative. Her expertise in leasing, brokerage, property management, and construction project management makes her role essential to daily operations. She collaborates closely with owners, general contractors, and home builders, guiding projects from conception to completion — from homeowner remodels and new builds to commercial developments up to 250,000 square feet.
Ben Leal
Director of Information Technology
Ben is an experienced IT leader with over 11 years of hands-on experience in consulting, administration, and support, and 6 years of team management. A U.S. Army veteran honored with the Meritorious Service Medal and the Commendation Medal, Ben combines a servant-leader approach with strong project and process management. He has led migrations to Microsoft 365, designed secure networking and access-control systems, and implemented automated workflows that boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
Janet Tolbert

Janet has 10 years of experience in contractor marketing. Growing up with family in the trades — concrete and drywall — she gained hands-on experience framing walls and learning drywall firsthand, alongside a background in banking, accounting, and finance. She builds a career helping contractors and skilled tradespeople stand out with professional, high-converting websites. Her motto: get the job done right the first time, because 'the devil is in the details.'
